Step 1: Beating up the egg white with sugar until it all froth.
Step 2: Adding milk, butter, flour and egg white froth into vitellus, and churning up. Then baking.
Step 4: Yum Yum!
March 20 Vernal Equinox DayToday is the Vernal Equinox Day of 2008. In Chinese folk-custom, everyone should try to make egg standing on, and the successor will have good luck.
So I try it this morning, very luck, only the first time my hand leave it, the cute egg standed on my desk reposefully. And I make these picture by my M-phone to share the happiness with my friend. Good Luck and Health to everyone! December 09 Goodbye BafanaIt is not a big work, South African accent and the story looks a little boring. Just a long watery story between a turnkey and his prisoner. Even the name of the prisoner is Nelson Mandela, I prefer to think he is a normal man.
What I like in this movie is those things beyond the story itself, is the spirit of a normal real person, or we can call it has another name, great man. What is the spirit concretely? I think the first and also the most important is stand the redline of a real person in your own heart. Why Mandela is a great man, and why James looks so nice in the bloody system of South Africa? All because they fight for the redline in they heart, Mandela's redline was every one is free and fair, James' redline is every one is a man. But most of us, why we are so small, why we are looks so dirty sometimes? That is because, sometimes we trade our heart with devil for some self-interest. We are not god, nobody can say that I have never trade with devil in my life, I am sure. But what I want to say is, at least, when you know you are trading your heart, stop those. I know it maybe painful, Mandela paid the best time of his life in prison and his son for stoping the trade, James paid his high position and money for stopping the trade. But after those pains, we are a human being at least. Why we exist in the world? I think is not just for ourselves. Maybe I can not be a hero to save the world, I can not be a great man to make the whole world better, but I will try to make the people around me, the people who love me, happy. And even tomorrow is the end of the world, the next second I would leave the world, I would also try to do something for them and make them have a better. Mandela do this for all the people of South Africa, I think I could do this for the people who care and love me. November 25 Mr. BrooksI am very puzzled why no one tell me there would be such movie this year, I think it is a top 10 in 2007 at least, but I even do not know any word about it, maybe just because it is too bloody. I got to say that I have very long time did not see such a good criminal film, before this June.
It is bloody but nothing about horror, but show us the deep end of a killer's heart. This movie did those very well, I think I can touch every breath of Mr. Brooks, not only what he see but what he think, that is the best, what other movies never did. I feel so cold after this movie, not because I thought the movie itself was bloody or horror, but I found that most of time I watch it, I thought I am the killer and even engoy what he did. I am sick too, or it is beyond a good one? And I have to say those word again, that we can found ourselves in a great work. Yes, I think I found myself in this movie. Sometime we know what we want to do, it is a bad thing, but we still go on, just because these are what we want to do, or frankly these are appetency in our heart. Most of us did those, and most we do most bad things when we know those were wrong. Just like Mr. Brooks, he know killing is not such a good thing, but he still did it naturally. Why we do such unreasonable things? Just we pamper the evil appetency in us heart, we can not control myself. But what is the difference between animals and human? I think the very important difference is that man can control the hearts themselves and the appetency in there. And those successes did the control better. I do not thing I did it well, but I promises I will try to do it better. There are also something for managers, to be a good manager is not try to never make mistake, but try to make mistake become a new chance. I have wrote so many words, but more important is whether I can do what I have say and what I knew in my fact life. I will try!!! Last one, I like Mr. Brooks's glasses, maybe I will buy one pair next time. October 28 Die Hard 4.0 (Live Free Or Die Hard)I had a very busy summer and even fall this year, so many things need to do. So even I have watched some movies, I had no time to write something dowm. I watched this one in August, actually. Nice one, I think.
First of all, I want to say I like Die Hard 4.0 a little more between its two name. John Maclane is back after 12 years later, a never dead hero. But today, he is really Uncle John Maclane. I was very very worry about he would badly hurt himself. 52years old, there is nothing on his head. God! Even I had seem prevue last year, the scene still surpired me. Cars race, high jeep, helicopter and F-35 killer, Uncle Maclane is a mazing and growing destroyer. And he safed the world and his family again, of course. It is a nice one, I say it again. After I seen so many high-computer-technic movies, back to the really hard action, I feel so well. Just like the feeling that eating some family dishes, after enjoying many restaurant. I like it! And it looks popular that old guy action, Harrison Ford will give us a new Indiana Jones next year. I am looking forward these. August 27 HARRY POTTER and the Order of PhoenixAs my tradition, I watched the seriate movies of Harry Potter with my girlfriend. This time is Leah, and it was on Aug. 19th, the Dudle Seven Festival in China or Tanabata in Japan, maybe it was a special day and special date. And Japanese gave us high quality hardware and server in high price. About the movie itself, I do not have much feeling about it. Formatted story, some one stopped Harry went to school but failed, then Harry fight with bad guy in the school. It is the fifth times again, really a little bored. And the first kiss of Harry which was propagandized in last two years looks unreasonable and stupid happened in this part, there was nothing about love in the kiss, I think. Leah also told me that Harry Potter looks cute when he was a kid, today he looks like a totally nut. I am agree. The point is I can enjoy some time with the girl I like in a comfortable space. And this boring movie might become the second things. August 02 Fantastic Four RISE OF THE SILVER SURPERActualy, I do not like F4 very much, there are too many hero safe the would sci-fi stories, and F4 is not a top one. What I want is Jessica Alba, the beauty. And I have to say that Jessica is a really very very pretty beauty in the two F4 movies, but also just a nice looking girl, I do not think she is a actress. Maybe, her job was playing the Susan and show how beautiful Susan is in last F4, but I am very sure her job in the one was just to show how beautiful Jessica is. Factitious and theatricality action tells us, she is a unquestionable beach girl, but not a movie actress. Besides Jessica did a failing mission, the best place for the story is roting in hell, it is a slapstick. Our F4 heroes had noway to do something agaist the enemy, they lucky safe the world by the nice looking face of a girl, made the enemy betray theirsalves. Bullshit! At the end I also looking forward another Jessica Alba's show. |
